The vibrancy, palette and compositions are stunning and a beautiful bold statement piece for my living room. Chloe's talent doesn't stop here, she's a masters fashion graduate of the Royal College of Art who has designed outfits for the Scissor Sisters! (wow) and..the Spice Girls (so, so cool).
